Step-by-step setup
Open the App Store
On Apple TV it sits on the home screen. On an iPhone or iPad it is the usual App Store icon.
Install a player
Search for "IPTV Smarters Player", "iPlayTV" or "GSE Smart IPTV" and install. Smarters is free; the others have a one-time price. Skip anything named TiviMato or Tivimax: they are not TiViMate.
Add your AllTimeIPTV login
Open the app, choose the Xtream Codes option, and enter the username, password and server address. On an iPhone you can paste each field directly out of the WhatsApp conversation, which avoids typing errors.
Enable AirPlay if you want
From an iPhone you can AirPlay a channel to an Apple TV or any AirPlay-capable television in the same room, which is reasonable if you would rather not install anything on the TV itself.
Common errors and fixes
The stream will not play but the channel list loads
Some channels use codecs Apple devices decode only with the correct player setting. Switch the player engine to VLC or FFmpeg in the app settings.

Is there IPTV Smarters for Apple TV?
Yes, on the tvOS App Store, and it is free. It supports the Xtream login with the guide, catch-up and on-demand sections working. TiViMate genuinely is not available on Apple TV, whatever the similarly named listings suggest.
Can I watch AllTimeIPTV on my Mac?
Three ways. Install IPTV Smarters Player from the Mac App Store, open the M3U link in VLC or IINA, or use the browser player. The Windows and Mac guide covers each in turn.
