Step-by-step setup
Open the Samsung App Store
Press Home and open Apps. The search icon sits in the upper corner of that screen.
Install IPTV Smarters or Smart IPTV
IPTV Smarters costs nothing. Smart IPTV asks a small one-off fee per television but is lighter, which tells on older sets. Install whichever suits and open it.
Add your AllTimeIPTV playlist
With Smarters, choose Login with Xtream Codes and enter the three values. Smart IPTV works differently: note the MAC address it shows, then visit siptv.app/mylist on a phone or laptop and send your M3U link to that MAC.
Restart the app
Close it properly and reopen. The channel list and guide load. The channel list button on the remote is the fastest way through the groups once you are in.
Common errors and fixes
The app is not in the store in my country
Samsung varies its catalogue by region. Either change the region in Settings, or use IPTV Smarters, which is stocked in nearly every market. Support can name a working alternative if neither helps.
Smart IPTV shows "playlist expired"
That message concerns the app, not your subscription. Reinstalling it or factory-resetting the television clears the stored list, so upload the M3U again at siptv.app/mylist against the same MAC address.

Can I use IPTV on a Samsung TV without a Firestick?
Yes. Any Samsung from 2016 onward runs IPTV Smarters or Smart IPTV straight from the built-in store, so the television is the only device involved. A stick is worth adding only for older sets, or if you specifically want TiViMate, which Samsung does not carry.
Is Smart IPTV free on Samsung?
It runs free for seven days, then asks a small one-time activation for that television. IPTV Smarters has no equivalent charge. Either way the app is only a shell and still needs a subscription behind it to display anything.
